Transparency Policy

Effective date: 05/10/2025

At Bem Healthy, transparency is essential to trust. This policy explains how we disclose and handle affiliate relationships, sponsorships, product samples, and potential conflicts of interest.

1) Our Commitment

  • Clear, conspicuous disclosures for affiliate links and sponsored content.
  • Honest, unbiased reviews regardless of potential compensation.
  • Separation between editorial judgment and revenue considerations.

2) Affiliate Links: How to Recognize Them

  • We disclose near the beginning of posts containing affiliate links and, where practical, close to the affiliate link itself.
  • We may use clear labels such as “Affiliate Link,” “Learn more (affiliate),” or an inline note explaining the relationship.
  • On pages heavy with affiliate links, you will see a prominent disclosure notice at the top.

Example of a disclosure statement you may see: “Bem Healthy may earn a commission if you purchase through links on this page. This helps keep our content free. Learn more in our Disclaimer.”

3) Sponsored Content and Partnerships

  • If a post is sponsored, paid for, or created in partnership with a brand, we will clearly mark it as “Sponsored” at the top of the article and describe the nature of the relationship.
  • Sponsorship does not guarantee a positive review. We maintain editorial independence and reserve the right to share critical or balanced views.

4) Product Samples, Gifts, and Loans

  • We may receive products for evaluation. Acceptance does not guarantee coverage or a favorable review.
  • If a product was provided for free or on loan, we will disclose this clearly in the relevant content.

5) Editorial Independence

  • Our recommendations are based on research, criteria, and user‑centric methodology. Revenue opportunities do not override editorial standards.
  • Review decisions and ratings remain independent from affiliate or sponsor input.

6) Conflicts of Interest

  • Team members must disclose any relationships that could be perceived as a conflict (e.g., advisory roles, financial interests).
  • Where a potential conflict exists, we will disclose it in the relevant content or assign the review to a different team member.

7) Corrections and Updates

  • If we discover inaccuracies, we will correct them promptly and note significant changes where appropriate.
  • Reviews are periodically updated to reflect product changes, availability, and new information.
